Jennie Burton is an innovative and accomplished leader of global Digital Transformation, with over 20 years’ experience in pharma Operations IT. She has worked at AstraZeneca in various roles, including APAC Operation IT Lead (pre, Global Operations Digital Transformation Lead, Senior Business Relationship Manager/IT Site Lead, and Senior Business Analyst spanning end to end Operations’ processes. Jennie has led the development of AZ Global Operations Digital Transformation strategy and priorities, and established an internal ’Digital Lighthouse’ model to drive rapid innovation and global scaling. She is currently responsible for Operations IT systems and processes across 7 manufacturing sites in 6 countries in the Asia Pacific region. Jennie has also led teams that won CIO award for Innovation with ’PAS-X Simplification’, COO award for ’Being Entrepreneurial’ with Voice Directed Technology and led the team that won the Global CEO award for ’Digital, Technology & Data’.
