Accommodation

aceo has arranged special rates at a number of hotels/apartments within walking distance to the National Convention Centre Canberra.

To reserve your accommodation, simply select your preferred hotel, along with your arrival and departure dates and room type, when you register online. A credit card number will be required to confirm your booking, and the full payment will be processed 30 days before your arrival. Please be aware that hotels may impose a surcharge for credit card payments.

Check-in is typically at 2:00 PM. If you need access to your room earlier, consider pre-registering for the night before. If you plan to arrive after 6:00 PM, please make a note of that.

Hotels have a strict release policy, with a deadline of 32 days prior to arrival. Therefore, any bookings made after Friday, 20th June 2025, will depend on availability. Please note that cancelled bookings or no-shows will incur penalties.

All changes to your booking must be emailed to aceo at acn@aceo.net.au; direct changes with the hotel will not be accepted.

All listed room rates are in Australian Dollars and based on room-only accommodations. To access the special National Nursing Forum rates, bookings must be made through aceo , not directly with the hotels.

 

Cancellation policy

  • If any confirmed reservations are cancelled before Friday, 20th June 2025, the scheduled arrival date, no cancellation fee will apply.
  • If a cancellation of any confirmed reservations occurs after Friday, 20th June 2025, a cancellation fee of 100% of the total accommodation will apply.
  • Any rooms that depart early are subject to the hotel T&Cs and may not result in a refund.
  • Non-arrival at the hotel (no-shows) will be charged a cancellation fee equal to the length of the stay.
  • Thirty (30) days before arrival, the hotel will charge in FULL against the credit card provided for the accommodation.

Cancellation policy • A credit card number is required at the time of booking and will be passed onto the hotel. • A one night’s non-refundable deposit will be taken at 30days prior to the event. • Bookings cancelled within 30 days of arrival will be charged a 100% cancellation fee, charged to the individual. • 1.9% credit card transaction fee of the total bill applies. • Rate quoted per room per night, room only rate. • Breakfast - a special rate of $28.00 per person, per day for a full buffet breakfast served in our Redsalt Restaurant. This rate is only available to guests who confirm their breakfast requirements prior to guest check in. After this time, breakfast will be charged on consumption at a rate of $36.00 per person, per day. (breakfast 0630-1000) • Parking - Overnight Secure Parking $32.00 per night per vehicle, subject to availability.
