  • Membership status of ACN.  If YES, is the delegate a MACN or FACN?
  • Email Address
  • Office Number
  • Mobile Number
  • Business Address
  • Is the delegate attending in-person or virtually?
  • Diet requirements
  • Special needs (if applicable)
  • Consent is required to share data to facilitate your booking. 
  • Attendee App & OnAIR Visibility: you will have the option to opt in or out.
  • We will also ask if the delegate's details can be shared with our partners.
  • Will they attend the networking reception on Wednesday, 23rd July? (inclusive in full registrations).
  • Will they attend the breakfast session on Thursday, 24th July? (additional fees apply).
  • Will they attend the Gala dinner on Thursday, 24th July?  (inclusive in full registrations).
  • Profile questions: we want to know if the delegate is a decision maker when it comes to purchasing; what sector of Health Care does the delegate work in? What is the delegate's work role?
  • Provide social media handles if the delegate is happy to share ; Facebook, X, LinkedIn and Instagram.

Having these details ready will help ensure a smooth booking process!  You might want to grab a cuppa, as this could take a little while!

Please follow the steps below to register your attendee group.

Option 1:  If you are attending the event and are the primary contact person for the group:
     1:  Enter the number of attendees you wish to register in the 'Group Size' dropdown box.
     2:  Enter your name in the first Group Contact field.
     3:  Enter the names of other attendees in the remaining fields.
     4:  Click 'Next' to complete your contact, registration and function details.
     5:  After completing your registration details, you can complete the registrations for additional attendees individually.   


Option 2:  If you are not attending the event but are the primary contact person for the group:
      1:  Check the 'I am the Group Contact only and will not be attending' option.
      2:  Enter your contact details.
      3:  Enter the number of attendees you wish to register in the 'Group Size' dropdown box.
      4:  Enter the names of the attendees who will be attending.
      5:  Click 'Next' to begin registering contact, registration and function details for each attendee individually.

Once all attendees have been registered and you have submitted the form, you, as the main contact, will receive an email with a group invoice attached for all registrations. You will also receive a copy of each email sent to all attendees.

As part of the National Nursing Forum events, ACN invites you to the dramatisation of a compelling true story of the celebration of women's, love and hope in the face of adversity.

 

Written by Jenny Davis. Directed by Stuart Halusz. Featuring Caitlin Beresford-Ord, Rebecca Davis, Michelle Fornasier, Alex Jones, Helen Searle and Alison van Reeken.

 

Vivian Bullwinkel was one of 65 Australian nurses who boarded the Vyner Brooke in an attempt to flee the Japanese invasion of Singapore in February 1942. Bombed by Japanese fighter planes and after spending days at sea, she and some other survivors found their way to Radji Beach on Banka Island where they surrendered. In one of the most atrocious acts of war crimes in our history, 22 nurses were forced to march into the sea, where they were callously machine-gunned. The only survivor and witness, Vivian spent the rest of the war in a prison camp before liberation and her remaining years fighting for recognition of the bravery of her friends and colleagues; their strength and courage in the face of death sustaining her for the rest of her illustrious life.

 

21 Hearts relays the resilient Aussie humour displayed by the women in the camp and provides a respectful and authentic voice to those who were silenced, remembering them for who they were and not just for what happened to them.

Featuring six of WA's most outstanding actors, 21 Hearts is a celebration of the human spirit and an uplifting, inspiring story which reminds us of the great futility of war.

Venue: Theatre, Australian War Memorial, Fairbairn Avenue, Campbell ACT. 
Transport: Attendees are responsible for arranging their own transportation to the venue. We recommend planning your route in advance for a smooth arrival!
Parking and Access: Guests may park in the underground carpark beneath Poppy’s Café, or be dropped off at the upper level of the carpark. Access to the Memorial is via Fairbairn Avenue. A map will be provided closer to the event date to assist with directions.
